The first part of recruitment is Panhel recruitment. Phi Sigma Sigma, Alpha Sigma Alpha, and Kappa Tau Epsilon join together as part of the National Panhellenic Association for a week of recruitment. Panhel Recruitment occurs once a semester.

Panel Recruitment is a weekend long recruitment consisting of an information night, talking with sisters of all the organizations, a formal day, and a bid day. Bid day consists of music, food, mixing with sisters, and fun!
